We print using a UV reactive inkjet flat-bed printer onto HP Premium Grade Glossy Photo Paper. The print is shipped rolled up via UPS Ground in a 6” diameter Heavy Duty Rigid Mailing Tube. You will receive a Tracking Number for your order.

We do not provide frames. Provide a finished frame from your choice of vendors. You can be sure your Bay Copper Art print will be welcomed by your framing vendor for its quality and precision.

Lead times are 2-3 work weeks from date of order to ship date.

No. The only exception would be for highly unlikely freight damage. A claim must include the order number and photos indicating the extent of damages to the print and to the packaging itself within 7 working days of the discovery. If there are grounds for a refund, Bay Copper Art will send a matching replacement print at no charge.

MEDIA DETAILS Important Note: FRAMING BY OTHERS. Frames shown are for display purposes to provide a suggested conceptual application. The prints come ready to frame. The media we print on is white 3mmPVC. We guarantee the size and quality of your print. Custom sizes of the standard prints are available at additional cost. Each print in the collection has a drop-down menu of the standard print sizes and price available for every print displayed. All sizes apply to all prints. See choices available in the drop down menu for each print.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS Do not cut open the tube. There are removable caps at both ends to access the print. Keep the print in the original packaging in a cool, dry place away from sunlight until you are ready to use it. Limit the exposure to air. Do not bend, fold, or crease the print. Your framing vendor will know how to handle and install the print on a backer. A non-reflective clear cover is recommended for the frame. A professional mounting should mean years of use without degradation. Remember: direct sunlight should be kept to a minimum.
